Yeah, it’s definitely been a while. Summer started and I told myself I would take a couple of weeks off to hang with Thomas. Well those few weeks turned into the whole summer and the start of the school year. Whoops. So I’ve been neglecting the site. And I have missed it. It has been hard to jump back in because I didn’t know where to start. But sometimes you just have to jump right? 
Summer was splendid, but who doesn’t love summer. We spent days at the beach and the pool, Thomas went on some wonderful field trips with his summer program, he also turned 6 and we celebrated with a trip to Disneyland and dinner at Club 33. Now as we are through most of October he is loving first grade. We are getting ready to celebrate our first year as a married couple, and we will also be adding to our family. 
In February we will be adding two, yes two, to our family. One girl and one boy. It came as quite a surprise as twins don’t run in the family. But we are thrilled and I look forward to sharing lots more about our growing family in the coming months. So there is a bit of a check in. I hope to share lots more including (and finally) our wedding photos, anniversary gifts, and keeping up with a first grader.
